Reiki Babies was a specialised wellness practice located in Gillingham that brought the ancient healing art of Reiki to infants and young children alongside their parents and guardians. Operating for 14 years, the business created a unique niche by combining spiritual energy work with early childhood development, recognising that babies and their caregivers benefit from holistic wellness practices during this formative period.

The business served parents, guardians and their babies by offering a nurturing environment where Reiki healing sessions could be experienced together. Rather than treating Reiki as a purely adult practice, Reiki Babies understood the particular vulnerabilities and sensitivities of infants, creating tailored sessions that supported bonding whilst promoting emotional and energetic wellbeing. The practice stood out by addressing the often-overlooked wellness needs of the youngest members of society and their families.

What made Reiki Babies distinctive was their holistic approach to early parenting support. Beyond one-to-one sessions, they facilitated group workshops and healing meditation programmes, recognising that shared experiences amongst new parents provided valuable community and normalisation of alternative wellness practices.
