Opal—Changing Lives is a social enterprise based in Hinckley dedicated to transforming lives through meaningful employment and skills development. We provide comprehensive support services including vocational training, job coaching, and apprenticeship placements for individuals facing employment barriers. Our programmes address barriers such as long-term unemployment, disabilities, mental health challenges, and social disadvantage. We partner with local employers to create genuine job opportunities whilst offering wraparound support to ensure sustained success. Our person-centred approach recognises individual strengths, building confidence and independence. We're committed to breaking cycles of poverty and exclusion within our Hinckley community.
